Information we collect
This website doesn’t ask you to sign up, log in, or hand over personal details to browse it. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us directly, for example through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
When you do get in touch, we use what you share only to reply to you and help with your request. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Cookies & similar technology
Cookies are small files that websites save in your browser. Many sites use them to remember logins or follow visitors around the internet. Ours doesn’t need to do either. The only cookies you may receive come from the embedded Google map.
Our contact form
When you send a message through the form on our Visit us page, we receive your name, email address, and note. We use them only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else, and we’ll delete them whenever you ask.
If you send it, your email provider delivers the message to us under its own privacy policy, just like any other email.
Fonts & third-party services
Fonts are served directly from our website, not from an outside font service, so loading a page doesn’t tell anyone else you visited.
Google Maps powers the map on our home page. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
Social media links take you to platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Once you’re there, their privacy policies apply.
Phone and email links open apps on your own device. We only see what you choose to send us.
Hosting & technical data
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider. To keep the site running and secure, that provider may briefly process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs are used for security and maintenance, not to build a profile of you.
Children’s privacy
Ice cream is for everyone, but this website isn’t designed to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Since we only hold what you send us directly, just get in touch and we’ll help.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, an online ordering service, a newsletter, or anything else that handles your data, we’ll update this page first to explain what changes and what choices you have.
